We at Calypso would like to reassure all of our customers that we will be remaining open and operating our business as normal during this time. As you would expect, Calypso are monitoring the developing situation regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus) very closely. We are continuing to follow the Government guidance in dealing with COVID-19 and while acknowledging this is a fluid situation, it is business as usual. In order to protect our customers and engineers we are striving to minimise contact between persons and we’re sure you would also appreciate that sentiment. Therefore, we ask that unless absolutely necessary, you allow the engineers to go about their work without interruption or contact. If you need to pass information to them face to face, then please allow a reasonable degree of separation (at least 2m) both for your, and their benefit or preferably, communicate with our office by email or telephone and we will pass this on to our engineers

Manufacturer Authorised
Due to our level of expertise, Certikin, the largest manufacturer of pool heaters in the UK use us to carry out their warranty repairs for all their heaters. Previously, when Laars heaters were available in the UK, of which there are still thousands around, we also carried out warranty repairs on these for one of the UK importers

We offer our expertise directly to pool owners and operators and through a large number of pool companies that subcontract to us.
